About ME

bridget meadows

Hi, I’m Bridget. I’m me all the time.

If you’re looking for someone who’s going to hand you a perfectly linear 5-step plan* to magically fix your career, you’re in the wrong place (*side note, I don’t think those types of plans work for most of us who need them). If you’re looking for someone who will help you experiment, recalibrate, and build a career that actually fits your values and your life? That’s my lane.

I believe careers are experiments, not identities. You’re allowed to evolve. You’re allowed to pivot. You’re allowed to stop chasing gold stars that no longer mean anything to you.

I work with women, folks from marginalized and LGBTQ+ communities, and self-aware men who want to build careers that feel like theirs. They’ve outgrown hustle culture, never really fit the corporate mold, and aren’t here to win the personal brand Olympics or burn themselves out chasing someone else’s version of success. They want to be deeply committed to meaningful, values-led work and ready to craft work that honors who they are, what matters most, and the life they actually want to live.

And yes, I’m unapologetically progressive. I talk about the ✨things✨ — politics, equity, identity, power, and the very real impact these have on your work and your wellbeing. I didn’t start my own business to water myself down. My clients and I have a lot in common.

My Story

I’m a coach, longtime working woman, and someone who’s personally walked the messy, uncertain path of career change. I know what it’s like to feel like you’ve outgrown your job (but can’t quite name what’s next), to chase stability at the expense of self-trust, and to wonder if wanting more means you’re being ungrateful.

Before I built this business, I spent 20 years in corporate roles focused on innovation, quality, and compliance. I became an expert at managing change with the least amount of risk, which taught me how important it is to move thoughtfully, not recklessly, especially when your work and wellbeing are on the line. Over time, my values and priorities shifted. Even as I achieved the goals I’d set for my career, the work stopped making me happy, no matter how much I tried to convince myself otherwise. When I finally learned to listen to my intuition, I realized I had outgrown my own career path and found the clarity I needed to make a change.

Now, I help others do what I had to learn to do: press pause, reconnect with what matters, and move forward in a way that’s actually aligned. As a change management expert, I know that real change needs more than a pros and cons list to make it successful. It needs someone who gets it and who’s not afraid to go there with you to tackle the risks and fears that hold us back.

I specialize in career challenges, but the skills I teach can improve many other areas of your life. We spend so much time in our jobs that the energy we cultivate there naturally spills into our homes, our families, our relationships. I blend science-backed strategy with intuitive exploration to help people make career changes that feel clear, calm, and possible. My clients and I don’t do watered-down. We do real talk, gentle experiments, and find clarity in the chaos to create the shifts that stick. I’m trauma informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and sex/kink/ENM positive. No topic is off limits – let’s tackle those challenges together.
